QRM-2288 Small-Seized UV Conveyor

This is a variety of reflecting mirror units, from which you can choose suitable ones fro the material and shape of the workpieces.  If the heat ray cutting filter (quartz plate or cold filter) and the workpiece cooling unit (air pipe or cooling fan) are added optionally, the irradiated surface can be cooled.

  Lamp:  High pressure mercury lamp (Air cooling)  2kw, 3kw, 4kw

  Irradiation Distance:  120 ~ 220 mm (changeable)

  Irradiation Width:  

    1)  Aluminum mirror: condensation type => about 100 mm

    2)  Aluminum mirror: diffusion type => about 180 mm

    3)  Cold mirror condensation type => about 80 mm

    4)  Cold mirror: diffusion type => about 180 mm

  Conveyor Speed:  0.5 ~ 5 m/min (changeable)

  Belt:  SUS belt

 

QRM-2300 UV Conveyor

In recent years, many liquid metals which harden under UV radiation have been used to streamline production processes, reduce costs, improve quality and reduce pollution.  These materials include paints, inks, resist adhesives, clear coatings and filter resins.  ORC presents a variety of models to meet diversified specifications of application.

  Lamp:  High pressure mercury lamp   7kw, 8.4kw 

  No. of Lamps:  3 lamps

  Irradiation Area:  600 mm

  Conveyor Speed:  1 ~ 10 m/min (changeable)

 

QRM-2215 Double-Side UV Irradiation Conveyor

The upper and undersides of the workpiece is irradiated at once during a pass. 

The cold mirror specification permits temperature rises to be reduced.

 

QRM-2429 Double-Side UV Irradiation Conveyor

The workpiece boards are conveyed in an upright position, which eliminates dust deposition on the workpiece.

Irradiated at once on both sides, each workpiece is cured during on pass.

The process is at low temperature, enabling material deformations to be minimized.
